Zertive Consulting is historically linked to the Energy & Environment sector. Throughout its history, it has worked on some of the most innovative and transforming projects in this sector, such as the implementation of intelligent energy networks and the introduction of pre-payment-based marketing models.
Transport
Since its foundation, Zertive Consulting has developed a wide range of projects, ambitious and innovative initiatives, which have allowed it to build a unique level of competence in the sector. As an example, we have worked on the strategy development for the introduction of real tolls in shadow tolls (SCUT) concessions and on the definition of a national electronic registration system.
Health & Pharmaceuticals
Zertive has been developing projects in health, public and private sectors, in public-private partnerships areas, financing models, digital transformation and customer experience. Zertive was involved in the development of the National Health Service Contact Centre (SNS 24) since its conception.

Zertive always had a strong innovation orientation. Many of the carried-out projects were in the modernisation of public administration processes area. This approach has been most frequently in the public sector, examples of which include the modernisation of the national emergency services (112) or the Courts' modernisation programme.
